Payment and delivery options

STANDARD order shipping in Italy and EU

Delivery costs are customer's responsibility and are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Delivery costs include packaging, handling and transportation.

 

Shipping is managed by one of our contracted express couriers and delivered directly to the place of your choice. 

Order handling time from the moment of payment receipt:
- orders will be processed within 0-1 business days (for products with "24H shipment"),
- 3-6 business days for products not in prompt delivery (exact time is indicated for each product in the shopping cart at check-out). 

Delivery time depends on distance, normally it takes 1 - 3 business days (Italy), 2 - 4 days (EU). 

If the delivery of your package is delayed, please send a complaint to our customer service department at info@intense-shop.it, we will immediately contact the transport company to request an investigation. If after a few days your order has still not been delivered, please contact our customer service department again at the email address provided. A refund request will be made and processed as soon as possible.

 

EXPRESS order shipping in Italy and EU
 

We also offer express delivery by DHL. To request it, please contact our sales department at info@intense-shop.it before placing the order, we will quote shipping costs and arrange delivery.

Worldwide shipping

 

We ship worldwide. If your country is not in the list at checkout, please contact us by email or phone, we will quote delivery costs. Please note, that in case of shipping goods outside of EU, customer is responsible for payment of eventual import fees, VAT and other taxes.
